Founder, Niki Trimmis, has worked 22 years in the Financial Services Sector. She noticed that the cookie-cutter approach was all too common in this industry so she embarked on establishing her own boutique Financial Advisory business and so in 2008 Wealth3 Financial Planning was birthed.

Niki takes a holistic approach where she listens to her clients' goals, dreams and aspirations and then tirelessly works to develop a financial plan that is unique to each individual client and aligns with the things they value in life.

Niki has cultivated a team that reflects the values that she nurtured in her firm. They too have adopted the mindset of working with the client. Niki and her team genuinely want their clients to feel in control of their financial circumstances so they guide them with their expert advice on how to make better informed choices so they can achieve the life they want.

Niki has a reputation for being a bad-ass Financial Advisor. She’s smashed the proverbial glass-ceiling in the Financial Services Sector. She has received multiple accolades as a result of the strategic, client centric advice she and her team provide to their loyal client base.

But Niki has a softer side. When not working to grow her clients’ wealth, Niki’s favourite past-time is to rescue injured birds, teach them to fly, and then watch them soar.

Kosta Zahar

Working directly with Niki, Kosta guides new clients through the Wealth3 onboarding process. He monitors the provision and implementation of strategic advice to ensure there is a plan in place to meet each clients goals. Kosta is also available to work closely with clients on larger, pressing issues.

Outside of work Kosta is often tied down completing university lectures. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with friends, heading to the beach and watching Netflix.

Reece Dolan

Reece is a provisional financial adviser on his professional year, being trained by Niki to become a fully licensed adviser. He works closely with clients to develop strategic advice and is dedicated to providing ease of mind. Reece exceeds client expectations with exceptional advice and service.

In his free time, Reece has a passion for exploring the diverse cuisines of the world. He enjoys learning about different cultures and experimenting with new recipes.
